While waiting for Ivee I decided to read a book while listening to music. Heard "I get down on my knees." Dropped my book and decided to y'know.. Had to go through a lot, but it was worth the time. It made me happy and sad at the same time. But it sure brought back good ol' memories! From XXI to XXIV to XXV. I also looked at the scrapbook. "All our fights just made our friendship stronger." - J.P. Oh gosh, I remember talking to Jomee during choir practice on Thursday about our cross. "I wear it everyday! I never take it off." - J.E. I did the same (not in showers, of course). And now, sometimes I forget. Reminds me, I even forget to go to church sometimes. Or more so of, "I don't feel like going." *sigh* I miss the "Hurry up, we're going to be late for church." me. I've been so busy and caught up with everything that I don't "keep holy the sabbath day" anymore. 
My faith life is slowly sinking. And it sucks. I miss Encounter preps, but of course, Encounter itself. I miss SPM meetings. I miss MOUNT ANGEL. I miss us getting out of our busy schedules just to find ourselves either in the annex or chapel sitting in a circle. Don't you? 'Cause I do. "Collin said he misses Mount Angel and wants to go during the summer." -Amanda. Seriously you guys, CAN WE?! "But it'll only be better if Araujo comes." - Dao. True that! But I doubt that'll happen. :( I don't know whatsup, but I miss the times where we "continue to find ourselves and strengthen our relationship with God." Those were chill times where we'd leave this busy environment and explore the unknown where there are no distractions. But hey, M.R. once told me at XXV, 
Do not look back and grieve over the past, for it is gone. And do not touble about the future for it is yet to come. Live in the present and make it so beautiful, that it will be worth remembering." It's true. Why dwell in the past, and wait for future when we can just live the present to our fullest extent. Maybe this is my "wake up call." Don't worry, I'll go to church this Sunday. I promise.
